graphic error in device availability, appears as (unmonitored = 100)

I commented that I have problems to check current availability chart of all my devices, the device appears as I enter " unmonitored " and shows me the graph of the time in which he has been active or down.

Apparently not measuring the time that the device is connected or available , anyone know how to solve this problem.

As a note this happened to want to upgrade the version of OPManager , and then want to remove the previous version. 10200 This version had 2 updates and 11 and 13 were even some devices as " unmanaged device " and had to go add each administration were applied.

Hopefully someone can point me as to show the graph of availability.
