I am still trying to get my head around SDP, but I am looking at creating a simple 2D Bar graph with the following fields.

Any ticket that is not resolved or closed up to 30 days

Same as above but is between 31 and 60 days

Same as above but is between 61 and 90 days

Same as above but is greater than 91 days

Grouped by Technician.
