It sure would be nice to have the option to give standard requesters more granular rights--in particular:

1. Changes - Give them the ability to view their own change requests. We sometimes create change requests on behalf of end users that are responsible for various programs/systems, but they are not considered technicians. Giving them the ability to view their own change requests would be very helpful.
