Every time I install a Google update on a server using Endpoint Central, it installs the new version of the Google updater Internal Service without uninstalling the old version. This causes the server to have multiple services that aren't running, which in turn shows up on the Server Manager dashboard as (however many) Services in red. The only work around I have is to disable the old Google updater Internal Service each time I update Google or decline the update all together. I attached 2 jpegs to show what I am talking about.
