Global View - SupportCenter Plus
Hi Support
Im using the SupportCenter desk plus and now I have requirement to post the global view to have the real-time monitoring for all the requests.
Please advise on how to set the refresh rate for this global view. (Noted that it can be set for all the requests under Request tab) If possible, it can does the real-time monitoring for this view.
