Global View Requests by Technician using incorrect values?
I've just noticed that according to the Global View Requests by Technician, one of my technicians is supposed to have 5 Overdue tasks, but when I click to view them, it only shows 3 of them. I am unable to locate the other 2.
This only seems to be the case for that one technician
Any ideas why?
