Global View - Requests by Accounts
All tickets assigned to accounts are hyperlinked to display those issues. Issues that are "Unassigned" are NOT hyperlinked. It would be nice to have those unassigned issues able to be dynamically displayed, so that they be associated with accounts.
The same goes for "Requests by Category", "Requests by Level", "Requests by Priority", and "Requests by Mode".
