Global Request Filter Problem
Hi,
I'd like to be able to create a global filter using the criteria (below). however because the custom filter screen doesn't have the option to select "assigned to me" or "my groups" it would be in practical to roll this out.
Please can you advise how to create this.
Filter:
Open Tickets assigned to me or Unassigned Open Tickets in my groups.
