When deploying the GINA using a GPO it installed but when you click on the Reset Password it errors out saying Application has Not been Installed properly.

Created a Policy using InstalAgent.vbs

Arguments:  

cfg.local etlogonADSelfServicePlusClientSoftware.msi; CFSVR001100AP19; 8888

Looking at:

%windirAdsspScriptlog.txt%

Argument from Parameter : msiexec.exe /i "cfg.local etlogonADSelfServicePlusClientSoftware.msi" SERVERNAME= ALLUSERS=1 ENABLESILENT=yes REBOOT=ReallySuppress /qn

The ADSSP msi installed 

Server name is missing.
