I have followed the GinaFree.PDF for setting up ADSelfServicePlus using the Seperate User account as stated in the PDF:

 

"Deploying the 'Gina Free' feature involves the process of creating a 'Separate User Account' dedicated for users who have forgotten their passwords (or) have to unlock their accounts."

 

I don't understand the portion of directions that states " The users can access this 'Reset Password User Account' with the help of an 'empty password'." What does this mean "empty password". Are you saying to create the special account with no password at all?

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated - management is anxious to get this up and running ASAP. We also purchased ADManagerPlus but I can't get started configuring that until I get the Self-Service up and running.
