Ghost Alerts
I ma seeing some ghost alerts staying critical even after the servers have cleared and are showing as such. Is there a way to "clear" the database and reset everything to a cleared state? This is happening on the home, monitor summary, and report pages where the indivisdual monitors are clear but the group is still critical. Thank you.
