Getting Started
I've been on a quest to find a help desk software and Advent seems like they offer the best bang for the buck. However, after downloading I have no idea what to do next.
Can anyone write down some steps in setting this software up on a web server so user can call the website from there? Thanks to anyone that takes the time to help.
