I am trying to get snmp extend values about postfix queues. But, I dont know how to do that

without the OID number... I am using variables names like NET-SNMP-EXTEND-MIB::nsExtendOutLine."postfixqueue".1 because I have written snmp extends scripts under /etc/snmp/

Is possible to do something like that?
