Getting data from a remote domain controller W2003

Hello,

I have OpManager 6.0. I am trying to get data from a remote DC but all the data appears N/A.

- The device is pingable
- I can telnet from the OpManager server to the remote one and viceversa to ports 135 and 445 successfully.
- Windows Management Instrumentation, SNMP, Remote Procedure Call and DCOM services are running in both machines
- When I run cpu.vbs from the OpManager server I receive:
Error # The RPC server is unavailable.
Error # Object required.

Any ideas about what the problem is? I sent two emails to support@opmanager.com last week but still not response.
