Getting access denied when tying to enable all WMI monitors

I am testing the opManager 6, we are very interested in purchasing this product if it meets our needs.

I am unable to get any WMI monitors to work. I have tried it on several servers and the only server that opManager seems to be able monitor is the IIS server which has opManager installed on it.

I have
set security in WMI control,
made changes to DCOM as sugested,
verified that DCOM, RPC, SNMP, WMI services are running.

I am still only able to use SNMP.

I thoguht it might be something with the account I was using, so I created a new domain\admin account with full admin rights.

I am using the domain\username format when I set the password for the device.

All servers are windows server 2003 sp1.

The main functions that will decide if this product is worth buying are the AD, and Exchange monitors.

We have 19 domain controlers and 18 exchange servers.

is there a doc with step by step on setting up opmanager and clients.

I get a different error when tryign to use WMI on windows XP, but it may be related. RPC server not found.
