Get OPManger to discover Fortigate 300A
Our OPManger has discovered our Fortigate 300A firewall, but it believes it is a router. I can change this so it shows up as a firewall and I can change the device type to Fortigate 300 (since 300a isn't in the list).
1) Is there a way to get OPManger to correctly recognize it as a Firewall if I were to delete the device?
2) Is there a way to get the Fortigate 300a in the device type list?
3) And I see that it pulled in the interfaces on this device, but for one of the devices it shows it as IF-xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx where the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx represents the IP instead of IF-host.domain.com. Two of them show the proper name that is found in DNS and the third one does not. How do you get it to show the proper name? I tried deleting the device and letting it rediscover, but it didn't properly show. Is it a matter of me leaving it deleted for a set period of time?
