Generating Report help

I have some more questions, and figured I would open another post.

I need some help with generating reports. My boss would like to see two reports.

One is a Time to Pickup report. How long did the request sit in the queue before a technician picked it up or it was assigned.

The second is a Time to Resolve. How long once the technician picked it up did it take to enter a resolved state.
