Generating an alarm if threshold is violated n times

Generating an alarm if threshold is violated n times

I configured a server to generate the alarm if threshold is violated 3 times to minimize false positive. The threshold was surely to be violated, however it's been days now and haven't receive anything but if I manually test 3 times, I receive a notification regarding the alarm. Please help.
