Just started a new Job and at my last place of work we used to use Manage Engine (I didn't install it at that place of work) years ago before being forced to switch to ZenDesk.
So I've set up Manage Engine at my new place and I've managed to squash a few quirks that never used to happen at my last place.
The last one that's bugging me is, When I press reply on a new or open ticket, I always get a prefilled response with the previous reply but also with this annoying lines of text:
How do I remove these lines of text as a pre-fill on a reply.
