Fullbackup issues for ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Build9040

Dear,

Im running full backup thorugh C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\bin\backUpData.bat with command prompt (Administrator Priviledges), during the full backup the following files are beeing saved in this folders:

Approximately every file is 1GB size, and every zip FileAttachements.zip is saved in C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\ directory, this are the files:
Change, Change_BACKOUTPLAN, Change_CHECKLIST, Change_IMPACTDESC, Change_REVIEW, Change_ROLLOUTPLAN, Contract, Conversation:
FileAttachements1.zip
FileAttachements2.zip
FileAttachements3.zip
FileAttachements4.zip
FileAttachements5.zip etc...

I would like to note that during backup process we can see this log:

Could you please inform us what should we do in order backup to be saved in default folder such C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\backup which should contain files such
backup_mssql_9040_fullbackup_xx_xx_2015_00_12_part_1.data
backup_mssql_9040_fullbackup_xx_xx_2015_00_12_part_2.data
backup_mssql_9040_fullbackup_xx_xx_2015_00_12_part_3.data
backup_mssql_9040_fullbackup_xx_xx_2015_00_12_part_4.data etc...

P.S Details of disk space in our server is (150 free of 349 GB)
