We are using the ManageEngine service desk pulse (Standard / 5 Technicians / On-Premises).
I am trying to get the full email chain each time a reply is sent to the client. So far I have only been able to get the original request but all other replies are missing.
Our clients current interaction with our ticketing system is through email only.
I have been trying to find a way to get the system to respond to requests with the entire email chain but have been unable so far.
I did not see a variable that would accomplish that. I have only been able to get the original request to be sent with each reply.
My Questions,
1. Is it possible to get the full email chain each time a reply is sent to the client?
2. If it is not possible, Is it possible to get the last comment (recent comment) each time a reply is sent to the client and other technicians by email? If it is possible please advise, on how to do it and what is the variable related to it.
