FTP Monitor: Path of the Remote Destination File Name does not exist. Please check the path.

Hello,
I just tried to make a ftp monitor with Upload and got this error:
Path of the Remote Destination File Name does not exist. Please check the path.

Local Source File Name:        D:\FTP_Upload\FTP_Upload_1MB.test
Remote Destination File Name:    FTP_Upload_1MB.test

Is there anything wrong with the syntax (Windows)?
