Freezing Windows 10 PC when remoting in

Hello all,

I am having an issue that happens to about 30% of the windows 10 PCs in my environment.  When trying to remote access them from desktop central, I can work for about 5 seconds and then the user's PC will completely freeze and have to be power cycled.  This only happens to Windows 10 PCs and only some of them.  Is anyone else experiencing this or able to provide some information on how I can prevent this from happening?   Thanks
