hi,

I am doing a test drive of your OpManager product in our production environment.

I have configured a freediskspace monitor in MB (WMI) for my windows 2003 server. I have given the username and password for this in the format machinename\username and then the password. The monitor is able to collect the data in the intervals specified. But when I do a 'test monitor', it always says:

" The Monitor did not respond to the test request"

Possible reasons
1. The device might be down.
2. The username and password provided for this device might be wrong.
3. The domain password for this device was not provided
4. The domain password for this device might be wrong

Why is the test failing, while it is able to collect data just fine? This is not a one time thing. This is how it always happens with this monitor. I tried removing the monitor and adding it again, but I get the same result.

I am using the 6012 build, so think there aren't any service packs or hotfixes for this release yet.
