On April 12th we started our free, eight-part training series on the major modules in ServiceDesk Plus. This ServiceDesk Plus Masterclass series was designed to help you make the most of ServiceDesk Plus and implement ITIL best practices to improve your service desk's productivity.  

We are nearing the end of the series with just two sessions remaining. Unlike previous sessions, where we discussed ServiceDesk Plus' major modules, these sessions are about additional customizations that our product offers. 

Here’s a brief summary of our upcoming sessions:

Extensions: Advanced customizations – July 5th – Register now

Learn how to apply advanced automation within and outside ServiceDesk Plus. This includes form customization with field and form rules; automatic script execution through custom triggers; building custom actions using request custom menu; and using report data in scripts via custom schedules.

Reporting: Gain actionable insights – July 19th – Register now

Learn how to visually compare key metrics to ensure continuous service improvement. We'll also cover how to use custom dashboards to convert data into insights.

Each of these sessions are offered at 11am SGT, 11am GMT, and 11am PDT, so you can tune in no matter where you are. For those who missed the six previous sessions, no problem! You can catch up on all the recordings and Q&As here.
