I had asked a few questions to start a SDPOndemand (free) tenant: i've gotten back answers. Because the given answers were 'short' and 'default' answers I wanted to highlight the purpose of what we are trying to do.
See ticket 6694855 for the original questions and answers given. I already created a tenant under my personal e-mailadres because i'm already registered and a paid user of SDPOndemand with my work mailadres. That SDPOndemand tenant is now in 'trial' mode.
So:
1. There is absolutely no way to have a free tenant to do ICT support for 2 COVID-19 vaccination centers (only need to register support tickets) for a group of ICT-admins (between 10 and 15 eventually)? The only functionality needed is the requests... solutions, assets, projects, etc... are all not needed. We do need at least 10 to 15 admins in the tool eventually. We start with 5 which will grow once the vaccination centers are operating and vaccinating at full capacity.
The reason i explicitly ask again is because this could be an opportunity for people not familiar with the ME helpdesk tools - as i am the only one from the entire group of admins as an actual ME user. All others are using Topdesk... If this is not possible, then Topdesk will be the application we are using for the support of the vaccination centers, because they are prepared to help us out with a free Topdesk tenant. It is because i am an old-time ME SDPOndemand user that i'm also asking you guys.
