We are using the free version of ServiceDesk Plus. We were previously using version 15250 on our old server(WindowsServer 2012R2 Std.). I have migrated the system to a new server (Win Srv 2025 Std.) and updated it to version 16000. Our trial period expired over the weekend, and today I received a warning regarding the technician limit. I am aware that the free version has a limit of 5 technicians. I would appreciate your assistance with this.
