FrameRelay subinterfaces

Hello,
I have Cisco 3640 router with FR and 4 subinterfaces:

interface Serial0/0
bandwidth 2048
no ip address
encapsulation frame-relay IETF
ip route-cache flow
logging event subif-link-status
frame-relay lmi-type q933a

interface Serial0/0.21 point-to-point
bandwidth 256
ip address 10.250.1.13 255.255.255.252

interface Serial0/0.22 point-to-point

ip address 10.250.1.37 255.255.255.252
frame-relay interface-dlci 22

interface Serial0/0.23 point-to-point
bandwidth 128
ip address 10.250.1.25 255.255.255.252
frame-relay interface-dlci 23

interface Serial0/0.24 point-to-point
bandwidth 64
ip address 10.250.1.21 255.255.255.252
frame-relay interface-dlci 24

So, configuration for all 4 subinterfaces is same. In NetFlow DashBoard View or in License Management I can only view 3 interfaces (0.21, 0.23 and 0.24) and they are all managed!

So, how can I solve this problem?
