Forwrding Alert to Servicedesk
Hi
Is there any plans to allow the forwarding of alerts to servicedesk?
At the moment we review daily the windows events, many of these we can ignor but still need to be informed about.
It would be great if we could select an alert and click "Create Request" which then creates a support request in servicedesk.
I know we could set up notifications to do this but this would creat too many false positives.
