We’re having to reinstall our forwarding server (“FS”) because (presumably) of the expiration of the license.

It was only yesterday that we noticed our WAN agents were not communicating with the FS, and when we accessed it, it looked like the previous configuration no longer existed, so we’re in the process of reinstalling it.

Running Wireshark on the main, internal DC server we can see the FS successfully communicating through the DMZ, but the installation process (FSConfigure.bat or maybe FSConfigure_Internal.bat) hangs when we press the “Validate” button.

It seems we need to reconfigure something on the main server, but we’re unsure what to do.

And, of course, we desperately need the FS to operational so that we can prevent a flood of Help Desk calls on Monday morning.

Anybody else encounter this, or something similar?
