Forwarding calls from Service Desk

Forwarding calls from Service Desk

Hi there,

Is there a way we can FORWARD the history of the call [ Obviously the link does not work for the person we send to] Currently, I have to click REPLY instead. 

I think this has to change so when we forward the email to the recipient they can see the whole story.
