Forwarding / Attaching Solutions
Hey Hey,
Would it be possible for a direct link to the Solutions Article to be included when both attaching a solution to a request or forwarding directly from the solution? This is an issue, as required files may be attached to the actual Solution, and the customer would be unaware.
Additionally, indicating that there are attachments would be appreciated as well.
