Hi,

Just a question in regards to email forward an incident from ServiceDesk Plus. When I click on forward button from the reply list in a request, it doesn't add my personalized signature. I have added $EmailSignature to the default reply template, but how or where do I add $EmailSignature for the Forward email template?
