Forum replies/answers being posted as new topics
Has there been a recent spate of new topics posted by ServiceDesk Support, which are actually replies and solutions to quenstions asked in other topics?
I hope I haven't had any of mine answered and missed them because I wouldn't have received an email to tell me a topic was updated!
