We have a series of Fortigate Firewall that is backed up by Opmanager NCM and was working fine until recently when we upgraded OS from 7.0.12 to 7.0.14.

We have one Fortigate on 7.0.12 and the backup is working fine. The credentials remain the same.

I have tried deleting and adding on NCM but it is still failing. On Opmanager SNMP polling is working fine.

Can you please assist ?
