Fortigate 1000A and Op Manager

Guys,

I am having trouble configuring Op Manager with the Fortigate 1000A unit.

I have successfully downloaded the MIBs and can use the MIB browser to query against the device however whenever I attempt to query for example high cpu, temp, etc it does not return a value.

I have added the device to Op Manager and can obviously query it but what I have also noticed is that the 'blue star' does not appear next to the device. It does for other devices that I use Op Manager for but not this one.

I have only really been using the product for two weeks.

Is there anything obvious I could be missing? Thanks Darren
