We have a requirement as below.

 

We want Support group to be changed automatically when we change the technician of a SR. (We can achive this using Forms n Field rules).

 

But the same thing we have to achive for tasks. We couldnt find any such Forms and Field rules for Tasks.

 

Kindly help.
