In this case we have a Recruitment form that Managers complete and submit to HR. Most of the time the Managers have a partial idea of the activities, budget, and responsibilities of the new position but still have some outstanding questions.

They prefer to get the process started and submit an initial paper request to HR to begin the formal approval process. Now with moving to an electronic SD form it creates a few issues for Managers and the HR team.

Managers still want to get the process going but they are only able to submit the new online form once all the details are captured. We could set the fields as not mandatory and allow them to submit; however they are not able to go back to the Request and complete/edit the form. The HR individual (in a Technician role) has the ability to edit the form, but this doesn't improve efficiencies as the data will be coming to them in either email or paper form. 

So the feature request is the ability to Save & Return, when submitting a Request/Form, or the ability for a Requester to Edit the form fields after submission.
