I am trying to set up a form rule that says If a specific building is selected, then assign a specific technician.  My form is not following this rule and is doing round robin through all of my technicians.  I have each technician in their own support group for the buildings they each need to handle.  I have associated these support groups with the form I am using.  What am I missing?
