App called "SignOnTab" has a function to keep screen on all the time, and for example ME MDM settings can't turn off screen even if no one is using tablet.

Is it possible to some how force screen to turn off, for example after 10min, even if some one is using tablet?

Or maybe it is possible to nullify apps ability to always keep screen on?
