I have a sensitive folder of files that we are wanting to monitor.

Currently I have setup a file monitor and it tells me if someone does something in the folder, but it doesn't tell me which user has done this. Why would that be?

Also is it possible on monitored folders / files to be if somebody actually attaches a file to an email be in outlook or gmail or even copies in to storage such as dropbox?

Any help greatly appreciated on all matters.
