Flow export set as v5 but Netflow reporting incorrect

A customer has configured Netflow on a Cisco 2620XM but Netflow is reporting flows are not v5 or v7. Here is the show ip flow export from his router:

He used the example from your website to configure his 4 routers, and one was successful, but the other three Netflow is reporting the problem from above. If he used the same config, why is Netflow reporting that three of the four are sending incompatible flows?
