Flagging when call closed

Hi,

Anyone know of a way to get the system to flag when you are trying to make a change to a Closed call?

Or make it more obvious that the call is closed?

If the resolution showed in the Discussion Notes I don't think this would be a problem, but I've seen my technicians update Closed calls multiple times not realising that it has already been closed.

Any one else have this issue?
