Hi Support,

The request ID 6258 was logged with you some time ago in relation to this issue and it was resolved, it seems to have returned.

It seems that the problem we were having with giving us two blank lines for every HTML based email once return has been pressed, and inserts random extra spaces within the text.

I can see that there is a new option in reports that you can use the Description field, which is incredibly useful to us. Unfortunately this is a good example of where this problem has crept back into the system. I believe that the system is using non-break spaces rather than a "normal" space, as you can see when it's trying to put the description in within a report, it returns &nbsp which is where these unsightly extra returns are seen within the emails and request page.

This looks like it has been reintroduced from 6005 and still exists in 6006.

As previously this is a critical issue, as it impacts on the way the customer sees our support team, and company, and these emails with this fault look untidy and unprofessional.

I have a request in for someone to call me in reference to our system slowing down, nobody has contacted us as yet. If we could look at this issue at the same time it would be appreciated as this is more company critical that the slow down problem at this time, impacting on our professionalism. My Manager is unhappy that this appears to have been reintroduced, and I need to get him back on side with the product as soon as I can.

I'd be happy to give any time possible to helping you diagnose this issue as previously, be it via Webex of however you need. We thought that this issue was only from Outlook with html based emails, and I know you guys have Thunderbird so I would be happy to be your diagnostic contact for this issue.
