The 4014 build of O365 Manager Plus has a bug which causes issues in auto update. As a result, the product fails to startup.

If you are using the 4014 build with auto update enabled, then you may face this issue.
How to fix it?
It’s simple. Follow the steps given below:
- Stop O365 Manager Plus. Click Start --› Run --› type "services.msc" --› Stop "ManageEngine Office365 Manager Plus".
- Click here to download the ZIP file, which contains RoboUpdaterInfo.xml and resetRoboUpdate.bat files inside it.
- Replace the RoboUpdaterInfo.xml located in <install_dir>/conf (by default: C:\ManageEngine\O365 Manager Plus\conf) folder with the XML file that you downloaded in the above step.
- Place the resetRoboUpdate.bat file in the <install_dir>/bin (by default: C:\ManageEngine\O365 Manager Plus\bin) folder.
- Now right-click resetRoboUpdate.bat and select Run as administrator.
- Once the batch file is done running, start O365 Manager Plus. Click Start --› Run --› type "services.msc" --› Start "ManageEngine Office365 Manager Plus".
or You can also manually apply the 4100 service pack to fix this issue.
