Fix for Meltdown and Spectre

Please use Desktop Central's Patch management to mitigate the vulnerability.
Here are the bulletin details from MS.
- CVE-2017-5753 - Bounds check bypass
- CVE-2017-5715 - Branch target injection
- CVE-2017-5754 - Rogue data cache load

How to identify the Meltdown & Spectre using Desktop Central scan?
1. Sync the Patch DB & Scan all Systems.
2. To find and deploy missing Patches
- Goto Patch Mgmt tab -> All Patches -> Missing Patches
- Search keyword "Meltdown " / "Spectre" under Patch Description Field.
- Select all patches and deploy from here.
3. To get a report on Installed Patches.
Goto Patch Mgmt -> All Patches -> Applicable Patches
- Search keyword "Meltdown " / "Spectre" under Patch Description Field.
