We have identified an issue pertaining to the statusupdate of Desktop Central applied configurations and Patches. The affected builds are 4020 and 4021. How do I find out my build number?

Log in to the Desktop Central web client, and click the "About us" link in the top pane. You will find the build number mentioned below the version number. This is the build number of the currently installed Desktop Central.
