First step to Integrate ServiceDesk and FacilitiesDesk
Hello Users,
Facilitiesdesk have released HotFix2 for FacilitiesDesk 5200/5201 (Build No: 5202)
* This is the first step to integrate ServiceDesk and FacilitiesDesk. Requesters need not login to both the systems to raise a maintenance request. Based on the nature of their issue they can select either FacilitiesDesk or ServiceDesk in the non-login form.
