First Quarter Report

I need your help to make the first quarter report by Category and I need to change the date as well
The report will be like this
Category | Open | On hold | Resolved | Close | Not met SLA | Closed within SLA
And another report by Technicians and I need to change the date as well
Technicians | Open | On hold | Resolved | Close | Not met SLA | Closed within SLA
