I have our firewall setup on OpManager and monitoring the different network interfaces; I have noticed that when there are alerts raised these alerts take approx 1 day to be resolved.

When I look at the monitoring data for the interfaces even though it is setup to monitor even 900 seconds it would appear as though it is only logging once a day:

23/03/11 12:18AM

 

Do you have any idea why this might be happening? When looking at the real time results the data comes through fine.
